A letter to our beloved customers
Thank you to all our customers for your trust in Mavrika. We are all facing unprecedented times, and unprecedented decisions are being made by authorities and businesses all over the world to contain the spread of the Coronavirus, and to minimise its effects.

In light of the current situation, we wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking during these troubling times. Despite the daily developments, we are doing our utmost to continue to offer you the greatest service.

Presently, our warehouse is able to fulfill orders for all sizes. We are expecting this to continue but with the current pandemic things can change quickly. Please refer back to this page for any updates in the future.

At the moment we deliver with delay to the following locations due to CMCO restrictions: East Malaysia.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and we are ready to make any changes required to protect you, our suppliers and our employees. You will of course be the first to know, if we need to make any further adjustments.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver during MCO?
Yes, we do deliver during CMCO - EMCO. However, monitor this page and our social channels as some areas might be restricted from delivery.

Are Mavrika products safe?
The temperature of the air surrounding the packages and products during shipping is not considered conducive to viral viability. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets.

All parcels from China are uniformly disinfected by the airlines and only released after customs inspection and quarantine. Logistics staff undergoing daily temperature checks and through a stringent sanitisation process before handling packages.

Are your showrooms open?
Our showrooms are all open, except for our Mavrika Sleep Lab. Find locations and working hours here. Please note that we strongly advise to stay home and enjoy our 100 nights trial.

Is your customer service working?
We would like to reassure all customers that our customer service team remains fully operational and will be able to help with any concerns that you have.

Will this impact the return of the mattress?
Our return pick ups are working as usual during CMCO. The 100-night trial will still be applicable on your order. However, please take note that there might be delays in collection.
